Braised Pot Roast
with Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole, Baby Carrots and Dinner Rolls
We take a fully flavored and marbled piece of chuck, and slowly braise it for 10 hours with herbs and garlic to create a melt-in-your-mouth pot roast better than your mama's. We also made a killer shredded potato and cheddar casserole that's amazing by itself, but even better when topped with honey dill carrots and the pot roast!
